Hi,
Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.
It all depends on how your COD field was created. When you created it as a WooCommerce attribute or custom field yourself using the normal WooCommerce features for it the COD field really should show in the drop-downs. When you are using a third party plugin that added the COD field for you then most of the times it also shows in the drop-downs of our plugin (possibly under a slightly unexpected different name) but in some cases when those 3th party plugins create those extra fields differently causing them not to show in our drop-downs.
Did you check all values in the drop-down closely to see if there is one in there that could possible be the correct one?
Hi there, thanks for your prompt reply.
I didn’t add any custom field, I guess it’s the standard woocommerce translation in Italian (I’ve checked other websites where I have woocommerce in Italian and they all have the COD field). This field should be the SKU field because it refers to the STOCK KEEPING UNIT … but if I choose the SKU field from your mapping I don’t see that code in my feed … I still see the general product ID.
I don’t see any other value that could make any sense …
COD typically stands for “Cash On Delivery” and there are a few plugins out there that are related to it. Are you sure this field is not coming from some plugin?
Hi again,
I can not attach any screenshot here but I can assure you that COD is in my inventary tab and refers to the SKU.
I have only woocommerce in Italia no other custom plugin…
Hi! I solved it by myself … towards the ends of your list I found a field called “sku (Custom attribute)” and if I choose that one I get the code I need 🙂
Perfect, thanks for the heads up 🙂
