    Hi @manishsethemail

API v1 is no longer supported.

CoCart or WooCommerce does not force items in the cart or share sessions on the native front-end. I would deactivate CoCart and see what is going wrong with WooCommerce in general first.

If it is a bug that you have found with CoCart then please report it on the repository with as much detail as possible that is requested but I assume it could also be plugin compatibility which a lot has gone into solving in CoCart v4 which just pushed it’s first beta last week.

    Look forward to your feedback.

    regards,

    Sébastien.

    Hi Sebastien,

We have tried updating versions of PHP, WooCommerce, and Cocart plugin. But the same result. Cocart session getting conflict with other users. we have also observed that the value of the same cookie is present when logged in with a different user. There are no exact STR. sometimes this works fine when i clear browser history/cache and cookies. but after a few minutes, it starts behaving the same way. we are reading CoCart V4 documentation. can you please suggest what to look for in the code to find out root cause.

    Thanks!

Sounds like a plugin conflict with a language plugin. Doing a Q&A on discord if you like to join.

Here is the session handler for CoCart.

    Hi Sebastien,

Looking forward for your help on this..

    1. same browser, multiple user login (not at same time). One user login and logout, then second user login and logout and so on.
    2. Some users cart showing items which was never added in to their cart.
    3. assume cart has 10 items, when delete some items, automatically items are getting added in cart. don’t know what happening.
    4. Same cart is visible for multiple users.
    5. Once add new items in cart, it started showing in other users cart as well.

    Tried following:

    1. Upgraded to V2 API from V1.
    2. Manually delete all records from wp_cocart_carts table in database. even truncate table. but records are getting added automatically.
    3. manually delete cocart cookiees from browser.
    4. Tried to implement Cocart Login and Logout, but not functioning. it gives error Cocart_rest_not_authorized.
    5. Complete clear browser cache and cookiees , but after some time it started again same behavior.

Please help. Struggling on this from so many days. don’t know what exactly causing this. Please help what exactly we can look for to find out the problem.

    Hey @manishsethemail

Thank you for the update. Sounds like you have authentication issue. I will know more if I could test myself.

Would you mind setting up a Sandbox Site for me? Make sure everything is setup the same. It will be temporary for 7 days. More than enough time to figure things out.
