CNAME setting missing

    Hi,

    Just upgraded to the latest plugin version (2.4.4), and after doing so, the CNAME setting is now missing. Our site is a multi-site.

    EDIT: Under DELIVERY, I just had to change the Provider to Amazon CloudFront.
