• Hey guys,

the CN22 label is still not displayed correctly after an update.

Two errors still exist for me:

    1. the value currency is still displayed in EUR, although customers can also pay in USD and GBP in my store. Within the listing of the products, the currency is displayed correctly.

    2. the product data is suddenly no longer correctly transferred to the listing. Instead of the product names etc. is now only displayed eg “1x Shop”. This is really strange.

I have included a link to an example label. Please do not be surprised, I have inserted a XXX in the personal data. The two places with the problems I have marked in color.

    Looking forward to your feedback.

    Thanks and regards!

    Rafael

    Hi @fretlook

For the first point ( Item value currency ) we will check it in our side and get back to you.

As for the product data, please make sure that the ( Harmonized Tariff Schedule (DHL) ) field inside Product edit > Shipping is correct, This field is responsible for defining product categories.

    more details about it :

    Thanks for the quick reply.

I doublec checked the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (DHL) ) field. It’s filled with the HS Code (39199080). So nothing changed.

    Thanks and regards

    Hi @fretlook

You are right, Can you check the product category ? it looks like your product listed in category named : “Shop”

the ( Quantity and detailed description of contents ) table contains the number of products from each category “WooCommerce Product category” and ( HS tariff number ) table contains list of HS numbers for the shipments items.

    Thank you,

    Hi,

thanks for the feedback. The category at each product is indeed ShOP. I do not use other categories. But how can it change spontaneously? Before the problem, however, it was not the category that was displayed, but the product name + the color attribute I set. That also makes sense to have a proper declaration on the label.

    Best!

    Hi @fretlook

to use product name instead of category you can change it by selecting “Product name” in the settings :

WooCommerce > Shipping > DHL Paket > Shipping Label Settings > Package Description

    Hi @abdalsalaam,

please excuse my late feedback. I tried your suggestion directly and it worked. Thank you very much for that.

I also updated to the new version of the plugin yesterday. Is there already a solution for the first problem?

“the value currency is still displayed in EUR, although customers can also pay in USD and GBP in my store. Within the listing of the products, the currency is displayed correctly.

I am looking forward to the feedback.

Thank you very much and best regards!
