Currently the CM Super Tooltip Glossary breaks links containing a glossary term.

For example a link inside a post would look something like this:
    <h1><a title="Moodul I: Õppimine digiajastul" href="http://www.tulevikuopetaja.ee/moodul-i/">Moodul I: Õppimine digiajastul</a></h1>

When viewing the page the same HTML is automatically adjusted by CM Super Tooltip Glossary to look like this:
    <h1><a title="Moodul I: Õppimine digiajastul" href="http://www.tulevikuopetaja.ee/moodul-i/">Moodul I: <a href="http://www.tulevikuopetaja.ee/sonaraamat/oppimine/" title="Glossary: Õppimine" data-tooltip="(ingl.k. <em>learning</em>)<br /><br />Suunatud tegevus, mille tulemusel leiavad õppija käitumises või käitumisvõimelisuses aset suhteliselt püsivad muutused. (<a href=&quot;http://et.wikipedia.org/wiki/%C3%95ppimine&quot;>Wikipedia</a>)" class="glossaryLink">Õppimine</a> digiajastul</a></h1>

Could you add an option to CM Super Tooltip Glossary that would exclude links (anything between <a> and </a>) from being changed to show the glossary link?

We tried to reproduce this on our side but we failed. Seems like something coming from another plugin interaction.
