CM Footnotes and WPbakery (Visual Composer / JS Composer)

    Hi, I have been trying to get CM Footnotes to work with content that’s formatted using a page builder: Visual Composer (aka JS Composer, which has now been rebranded as WPBakery page builder).

    It won’t display the footnotes at the bottom of the page. When I create a page that does not use the page builder, it shows up correctly as expected.

    Does CM FOotnotes depend on the default WP loop? I understand that these page builders may use another way to load posts.

    Hi,

    Our plugin doesn’t depend on the WP loop, rather than on the “wp_content” filter. So if a builder is not using the filter then the plugin won’t work out of the box.
