CM Email Registration Blacklist works with Domain tester, but not with register

What theme are you using?

If the theme is using WP default registration function it should work

Since this is not a theme I am familiar with I guess the issue is with the functionality used by the theme for registration which does not use WP registration functionality correctly

it will require research to find out what function they use and probably apply a fix on the theme to resolve it
