But I would like to have a tinymce o similar to place or answer questions.

You will need to make few changes in the code. This also applies to the regular version of cm answers
First you will need to create a templet directory in your theme directory (CMA) and invoke the editor when the form is displayed
Second you will need to change filtering mechanism we are now using to add the tags you would like to approve when reading input. Look for wp_kses and define which tags are approved
The second issue will require update each time you update the plugin while the first issue does not
