Club Management Plugin

Hello i am looking for a plugin or mix of plugins to create a website that external people can sign up to, so they can manage their group/clubs members, e.g. name address age are they a full member and have they paid this week and maybe a news feed that goes to the main site post system. This would have to be done so that other groups that sign up cannot see other peoples data.

has anybody got any ideas as i am really stuck with this one now.
