    Hello,
This page while it is being loaded few weird letters appears for seconds, before the page is loaded perfectly: https://sweetandsouronline.com/shop/

I did some extensive research on this and found that the issue is mostly caused by cumulative layout shift or in short CLS.
Even though I tried your plugin but that didn’t solve the issue.
Do you think you can help me with that please?

You need to clear you browser cache and history every time you want to make a test.

    Hello @digimaxme !

    Hope you’re doing well today!

I’m able to confirm the issue – it looks like those are vertical rows of letters which eventually turn out to be the category titles.

I don’t actually see any signs of optimisation plugins being used, but after checking with my teammates, it looks like possibly it’s a caching issue.

Can you try clearing the Astra cache first: https://wpastra.com/docs/clear-astra-cache/
Then any other caches on the site, including in Hummingbird >> Dashboard
Please also clear any server-side caches and see if the issue is still there.

Please also check by deactivating all caching/optimisation plugins – if you have any, maybe there’s a conflict. Please note that using multiple optimisation plugins is generally not recommended as it rarely gives additional benefits.

Regarding optimisations, we actually have a dedicated article for Astra users, which explains some of the procedures you can use along with Hummingbird to optimise the site: https://wpmudev.com/blog/astra-optimization/

    Best regards,
    Pawel
