When going to the settings page, the CloudFlare login prompt doesn’t show up at all. I just get a blank page.

  • Hi @hstlnick,

What version of the plugin do you have?
Could you provide your browser logs?
Could you provide your PHP error logs?

    Thanks

I have the same issue, as was rather abruptly stated in my closed thread.

    1. I have the most recent version of the plugin (3.1.1). Installed yesterday from the WP repository.
    2.

    Hi @hstlnick,

You’re getting 403 error which means server doesn’t accept the request made.

    1) Did you change your Apache/Nginx settings?
    2) What is your hosting provider?
    3) Did you enable any settings which would not allow javascript files to be served?
    4) Do you have any plugin which may block the request?

    Hi @natesirrah,

    GET http://mysite.net/wp-content/plugins/cloudflare/config.js?ver=3.1.1 404 (Not Found)

Can you verify that your wordpress path is correct? You can check this by entering the following url with your real domain name replacing mydomain.com

    mydomain.com/wp-content/plugins/cloudflare/config.js?ver=3.1.1

Post the result you see here.

    Thanks.

I arrive at a 404 when testing this path. What does that imply?

If you tried the url with the correct domain in your browser, it’d mean that either the plugin is not downloaded correctly or your server setup has custom configuration which messes the request.

Try to uninstall and reinstall the plugin.

my cloudflare admin page is blank, i tried it on two different browsers, please help.
    i’m on a windows server.

I was getting a 403 error with /wp-content/plugins/cloudflare/config.js?ver=3.1.1 and it turned out to be overprotective htaccess rules. Reloaded the page and it’s worked since, even with the previous htaccess file restored.

Thanks for your solution @uxjw. @hstlnick does this solution work for you?

Resolving since no response for a month

Thanks for the solution. I was worried about this error on my website and you guys already discussed it.
