CloudFlare issues

Lester (or anyone else that can help):

Do you have any experience in setting up this plugin with CloudFlare such that the ratings don’t stay cached on the those external sites? Setting up a good page rule for CloudFlare so that this information is bypassed?

I also have W3 Total Cache installed…anything there that I can do or should know?

I can’t imagine I am the only guy using this kind of configuration. I am just too much of a newbie to know how to get it all going correctly.
