 * A 502 error like that is generally going to be a 502 error coming from your server’s
   back end. Have you checked your server logs/with your host?

 * Could you [enable support](https://bwp.hmn.md/support-center/enable-support/)
   and we can debug the issue there.
 * Is the backup definitely not being created? Not all 500 errors end in a failed
   backup so it would be good to know.

 * The backups do look to be completing.
