Cloudflare CDN

Hi,

I have installed this plugin. I noticed that you have to use it in Javascript mode to be compatible with Total Cache plugin. As it is javascript what is the compatibility with Cloudflare? Do I need to add additional code to the javascript for rocket loader to ignore?
