 * I found a slight issue where, when using Cloudflare it will show the accept button
   on the home page even after acceptance, with that being said. Is there a specific
   page that we can add a custom cache rule for?
 * My first guess would be

 * Edit: The javascript option within the plugin is checked. It was noticed when
   I put cloudflare cache in development mode that the issue ceased to exist.

 * After you checked the JavaScript option, did you purge the Cloudflare cache? 
   Also, is the Agreement Expiration setting set to something higher than 0?
