I don’t see mention of support for reverse proxies such as Cloudflare.
If there is support, I expected to see a configuration option for which header to use to identify the real IP address, such as:

X-Forwarded-For, X-Real-Ip (nginx) and Cf-Connecting-Ip (CloudFlare)

The test for a spammer’s IP address is not done by some black list which resists on the server. The visitors IP address is tested against the black lists of stopformspam etc.
If you use Cloudflare, you have already a filter for spam 🙂
