 * Instagram feed does not work when Cloudflare is active on the website, photos
   are not shown. How can we fix the issue without deactivating Cloudflare on our
   websites? Thanks!

 * Hi [@firstsightdesign](https://wordpress.org/support/users/firstsightdesign/),
 * Thank you for contacting us! This will depend on what implementation of Cloudflare
   you’re currently using. I’d suggest checking the following:
     1- Navigate to
   your _WordPress dashboard > Instagram Feed > Settings > Advanced Tab_ > Check
   the **Optimize Images** option is enabled. 2- In the same section disable the
   option **JavaScript Image Loading** then save the changes. 3- Clear the plugin
   cache. To do so, go to _Instagram feed > Settings > Feeds_ > click the **Clear
   All Caches** button. 4- Clear Cloudflare caches. If this doesn’t help, we
   will need some more detailed information to troubleshoot this further. In that
   case, please send us a support request using the form on [our website here](https://smashballoon.com/instagram-feed/support/),
   including the System Info. To obtain this information, you can follow [this link](https://smashballoon.com/doc/how-to-get-system-info/).
 * We ask you to use our form, as the System Info contains other website information
   and the Access Token for your connection, which we do not suggest posting here.
 * Many thanks.
