  • Hello Minnur,

    Thank you for a well thought out wordpress plugin which we are now using on our site

    Unfortunately when trying to use the option within External Media to import from ClouApp, the login pop-up window shows the following message even though the user name and password is correct.

    The URL on the pop window is:

    The error message shown is:

    Please make sure you provided correct email address and password.If you do not have an account please signup to CloudApp.

    I suspect this is due to CloudApp’s new URL being
    or alternatively is External Media depending on a CNAME custom domain configuration.
