Closing the drop-down menu & adjusting the scroll

Hi,

I was wondering if there is a way to change the drop-down menu script to make it close after a selection has been clicked. I’ve done a lot of customizing through adjusting the html & css but I’m only just getting back into this after years and don’t know a great deal about jquery, php or javascript so not even sure where to begin to look for what to change.

On a similar note, the same page navigation seems to always go too high up on the first click but then adjusts properly for the second click, do you know why this might be or how to adjust it so it always lands at the same page position?
