Hi,

I followed your guide in this page:
https://adinserter.pro/documentation/black-and-white-lists

I have to membership options on my site. Basic and Premium. I want to close ads to all Premium members.

I wrote user-role:premium in the taxonomies section. I also closed my SG Optimizer caching plugin like you mentioned, but I still see ads.

What could I have done wrong?

Are you sure role slug for premium members is premium?

Have you selected it from the left selection list (for taxonomies) or typed manually?

I suggest to visit one page as premium member and then go to
https://turkishaholic.com/how-to-use-turkishaholic/?ai-debug-processing=1

open page source code and copy and paste all debugging info at the bottom (as code) here.

Oh, it was actually “user-role:pmpro_role_2” . I changed it and now it works as it should. Thank you
