Close (x) Button don't works

I hace the plugin well configured and Mailching connection works ok.

But the Close button in the popup don’t work, and because of this the visitors can’t view my website, only the popup…

The web is http://www.figuraspop.es and now the popup is desactivated, but i still doing tries.
