    Good morning,
    when we reply to tickets opened by customers the status becomes “waiting for response from customer”.
    I wanted to know if there was the possibility of automatically closing these tickets waiting for response from the customer after a “tot” of days.
    Is it possible? If so, how to set it up and where?

    The free version of SupportCandy does not have the requested feature. Your requirement can be fulfilled using the Automatic Close ticket add-on. It is a premium add-on and is included in all the Premium plans of SupportCandy.

    Ours is not a free license but a paid one.

    ok I opened a ticket for you now. I’m waiting for steps to take at this point to remove the old license and insert the new one, thanks.
