 * We want to buy your plugin:

 * However, we have a questions. We don’t want to send any emails. We only want 
   closing appropriate inactive tickets. Is this possible via your plugin?

 * Unfortunately the module is designed to send emails and close tickets. There’s
   no option for it to not send an email when closing a ticket.
 * I like the idea though so I’ve added it to the features request list for that
   add-on. I suspect it’ll get done some time next year.
