 * Hi,
 * I intend to know whether can we put the close button off so that the visitor
   has to fill the data and submit. I am interested in purchasing the Pro version
   if that facility is given.
 * Thanks
    Mitesh

 * Hello,
 * first of all we would like to thank you for taking interest in our product! To
   answer your question – yes, it is indeed possible:
 * In _Location & Effects > Form before opening > Advanced_ you can set _Disable
   manual closing of Lightbox_ to _Yes_ and _Auto-close_ to _On mail success_ to
   achieve what you want.
 * If you have any more questions, please feel free to contact us again.
 * Best regards

 * Hi PWS Team,
 * Thanks for the prompt reply. I followed your instructions and the plugin is working
   perfectly fine.
 * Now I was to check the data submitted by form (i selected no mail to be sent
   to user or admin, as I wanted data to be collected in database) as a table that
   can be viewed or exported. But I couldn’t see that.
 * Can you please help?
 * Regards
    Mitesh

 * That is because our form does not store its data anywhere, it just sends emails.
   It would require a custom code modification to be able to store this data into
   a database – if you are interested, then please contact us at [support@perfect-web.co](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/close-button-onoff/support@perfect-web.co?output_format=md)
   for details.
 * Best regards
