Hello again! Had to resubmit a new topic for this since my previous was closed before the issue was resolved. So, everything works perfectly except for the CLOSE BUTTON ON MOBILE. We have tried on different phones and browsers.

I have two screenshots from my personal iPhone using Safari. In the first, you can see the “X” button. Then in the second screenshot, after clicking on the “X” button, it simply disappears and the popup remains.

Our audience are on the older age range and will not know to click on the outside of the popup to close it. So this button is very important for us to be working.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Dear @robthomas ,

Thanks for getting back to us!
Can you, please, let me know which version of the plugin you use?

Also, have you tried clear the cache?
    What are the results?
Will be looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Hello! We are using Popup Builder Version 3.68.5.2.

We have tried clearing cache, many times!

Sorry, we just updated to 3.69 right now.

After doing so, i’ve cleared cache and tested. While viewing in Safari on my iPhone, when i click the “X” button, the “x” button disappears, but the popup does not. If i push where the “X” button was, it reappears. This repeats with each press.

Hello! Just checking in on this and seeing if the close “X” on mobile has been fixed yet?

    Hello,

Our organization is having the same problem. The close button is appearing normally on desktops and android mobiles, but on Apple iPhones, the close button is being cut off.

Please see this screenshot: https://ibb.co/xFFYgMQ. The pop-up can be found on the homepage of our website, http://www.communityfoodshare.org.

Similar to the first commenter, this is important for us to resolve as we are a food bank getting a lot more food out to more people in need in light of the pandemic. Thanks.

    Hello @robthomas,
We are sorry your issue is not resolved with the recent update.
Could you please try to do the following:
    1. Edit your popup
    2. Inside the ‘Custom CSS or JS’ -> CSS metabox insert the following code:
    <style>.sgpb-popup-close-button-1:hover, .sgpb-popup-close-button-1:focus, .sgpb-popup-close-button-1:active{z-index:9999999999999 !important;}</style>

    Like this https://prnt.sc/uuwl2i

Please let us know if that solves the issue.
