That said I found several JavaScript errors on your site which could be the cause.

@gatlinjack – Looks like a theme JS issue. Your theme appears to be overwriting a built in jQuery easing function (generally a bad idea). Their new overwrite method calls a function that doesn’t exist which causes a fatal JS error. That stops all other JS from processing.
This link has several possible solutions, all of which would need to be made in your themes code, so not sure I can help very much there.
You could try setting the popup animation to “None” and see if that works.
