Cloning Home Page Only

    I tried to clone the Home page of a site I’m working on to make some changes. Specifically to add the meta slider in the banner wide area where a single image now exists.
    I can do this. However, when I do, the meta slider displays on the original page as well as the clone. I need to keep the original image on the page for now.

    How can I prevent the slider from appearing on the original page?

    Hi,
    Not exactly what I was trying to do, but I am all set now. I ended out replacing a static picture in the banner wide widget to a meta slider. Thanks for your response.
