Clone wordpess site

Hi,
I am trying to clone my wordpress site with a plugin that is called “duplicator” but i geting this error

“issues might occur when [open_basedir] is enabled. Work with your server admin to disable this value in the php.ini file if you’re having issues building a package.”

What is the problem and how do i fix it?
