are you sure the relevant option is enabled under “Settings”->”Duplicate Post”, tab “Permissions” and “Display”?
Which version are you using?
Is it an upgrade from a previous version?
Obviously this is no good to me at the moment as I cannot clone anything. Will disable until I hear back. Thanks

It is upgraded to the latest version and latest version of wordpress. I just installed it remotely using Jetpack management WordPress.com, and then when the clone link did not show up, deactivated it, uninstalled it and reinstalled it from the directory.

does it happen on every post type, included pages and posts?
Have you already checked under Settings→Duplicate Post, tab Permissions, if it’s enabled for the post types you’re using?
Hi @lopo thank you for your quick response.
It works still for Pages and Posts, it was not working for custom post types. The custom post types were not even showing up anymore in the “Enable for these post types.” However, it seemed to work after I turned on Display --> Show Links in Edit Screen. Then all of the post types showed up under Permissions again. So– now it’s working.
