Clipped Posts, Unfindable Entries

  • Hi,
    First of all sorry to waste your time with petty stuff, I hate to bother, and thanks for wordpress… amazing…

    My site at http://mbvdl.net/wordpress/ should demonstrate what I mean, since I lack the words to explain.

    Loading the default home page with the lastest post is fine. But if you click on any month’s archive, OR a category, only ONE post is shown, and they all chopped down the middle, with a [..] symbol…

    Wouldnt it be smarter if clicking on an archive revealed all posts in that archive, likewise for category. Is it really wise for users to click on a category, and having to click “previous” all the way ?

    how and why is this…
    please assist when you have the time, I have no mood for switching to another system, since wp is exactly what i want, apart from having 99999 themes on the net which mostly sucky, its a really great system, salut.

    Marlon

    @podz

    Edit “archive.php”

    Find this
    <div class="entry">
    <?php the_excerpt() ?>
    </div>

    Change to
    <div class="entry">
    <?php the_content() ?>
    </div>

    this has solved my problem on the clipping. Thanks alot for the quick reply. Totally appreciated.
