Client Work Flow Management Tool
I am interested in creating a client work flow management tool/portal.
What I have in mind is, a client logs in, and arrives at a menu of options specific to what they have access to.
This is then broken up into:
1. Log a new job (simple form which is then emailed to chosen email address), which can only be done once logged in.
2. View previous jobs, and their status or reports.
3. View video’s specific to their previous job postings.
The company is an investigation/surveillance company so ideally, the client can log in, raise a new job. Once the job is completed, the video and report can be downloaded/accessed online securely!
