 * I’ve got a portfolio site going in WP and wonder if there is a kind of break-
   off section I could make where clients can upload files to me (I deal with large
   files and email becomes a bit of a bottleneck).
 * The uploader utility in the backend is very nice and simple. How cool would it
   be for a client to use it as well, just not as an author to my actual site.
 * Thanks!

 * Any use?

 * Of course, you say large files – well, I suppose it depends on how large, but
   you might need to consider whether your server will allow a POST that large and
   find out if there’s a time-out or not. An FTP server may turn out to be the a
   better option.
