 * Hi Guys,
 * a client of mine is currently has a contact form on the website. since O365 has
   been implemented they have not been able to receive any emails.
 * is this a common issue?
    send filtering?
 * any recommendations would be greatly appreciated

 * Can you provide more information, please?
    I’m assuming by “O365” you mean Office
   365.
 * It sounds like the contact form used to work, but now it does not.
    I’m also 
   assuming your client uses a mail client that is part of Office 365?
 * It’s very likely an issue with your client’s email setup. Perhaps messages are
   being routed to his spam filter?
 * What contact form are they using on the website?
