    Is there a way for clients to upgrade their current pre-defined line items after initial purchase, from within their client dashboard?

    Lets say last month they bought product A, then later they decide product B provides more features and they want that instead, it would be better for them to simply click an Upgrade button while their original purchase is grayed out while only available upgrades are clickable from within the client dashboard.

    This would be very useful to those of us using Sprout Apps to sell services as line items.

    Hello,

    This isn’t something that’s possible at the moment, since the invoices are not traditionally for upgradable products.

    That said, Sprout Invoices is very customizable so I’m sure if you wanted to invest in the development of such feature it would be definitely possible to get your requirements met.
