# Client Management System Plugin

 * Hi there
 * I’m looking for a client management plugin where I can do the following:
 * 1. Creat a client profile when a client books with me the first time.
    2. Keep
   a list of all the client info and prescribed remedies I gave. 3. Pull up their
   account during each session and add information from that session. 4. Ability
   to create my own fields such as medical history, family history, diet, etc.
 * Is there a plugin that can manage this for me? Preferably free, but paid if nothing
   else.

   receive recommendations here.

   WordPress.org repository that allow for the creation and maintenance of user

   I feel I should strongly caution you to obtain legal advice from a licensed professional
   in the relevant jurisdiction(s) and to strongly consider hiring a developer to
   do custom development for you. Medical information is considered sensitive in
   virtually every jurisdiction and none of the free plugins in the WordPress.org
   repository have been specifically designed to deal with such types of strictly
   confidential information.
