  • My client is upset because when a user clicks the submit button, the “Return/Thanks URL” page doesn’t get redirected right away. Instead the same page reloads as if the form is broken then redirects seconds later. What makes things worse is the lack of support you receive from the plugin author and community. The client is also complaining about the lack of SPAM detection – as far as she can tell, the only way to stop spam is via CAPTCHA and this is not a good option as it’s horrible for the user experience.

    Your client is upset that a free plugin didn’t work exactly as they wanted… and the free support was a bit delayed? Isn’t 1 star a bit harsh for that?

    I offer premium support for that very reason: if you want it now, or you want it your way… that isn’t free… just like most things in life.
