Client gets different view in IE8, even after clearing cache

I have a site that displays images using NextGen Gallery. On two computers, using any browser, the site displays perfectly. On the website owner’s computer, using IE8, a 3/4″ white border appears on the right and bottom of each pic. I have cleared the cache and history and cannot get the site to display properly.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what other settings or problems could be causing this?
