    I have used another client proofing portal that seemed very easy for clients to have their images grouped so that they can see all their images in a gallery and then “favorites” that they have hearted. When I log in as them (I have had them send me their username and pw so I can figure out the problem) I can’t see the favorites. That’s the first issue. Please advise.

    Also, it seems that there should be a way to “submit favorites” so I can see it on my end and know which images to edit. I can see their comments on the images in the gallery so it would make sense to also show all their favorited images here as well.

    What am I doing wrong? Thank you in advance for your help.

  • These are all possible with Sunshine. Go go Sunshine > Settings > Pages and make sure you have a page selected for Favorites. If not, create the page and then assign it here.

    With that set, there should be a Favorites page accessible to your clients either via the Sunshine Main Menu or you can add it to any menu yourself.

    But do I have to make and assign a unique favorites page for every client?

    The breadcrumbs show “Client Gallery > client name”
    So favorites is a subfolder of Client name?

    No, there is only one Favorites page that is used by every person. When Sunshine is installed it creates a Favorites page for you and assigns it as a child page under the main Client Galleries page – that is the recommended setup.
