# Client email cannot authenticate using “Test Email”

 * So when I use my personal gmail account (xxx@gmail.com) and populate the SMTP
   plugin using that email and login credentials I am able to successfully “Test
   Email”.
 * However when I attempt using my clients gmail account (beau@wrc-homes.com) and
   enter in the login credentials I get the following error message:

 * Sorry for late reply, looks like WP support forums had brain fart and no notification
   emails were delivered, therefore I couldn’t see your message.
 * I assume you’re using latest plugin version?
