    We have tested this site and found it to be working. I created an account from scratch at gmail.com as well. However, our client says that she has tested with her colleagues and found that they do not receive emails.

    The email to that scratch account appeared not in Inbox, but in All Mail.

    Any idea why the email doesn’t appear in a brancd new gmail Inbox, or would only go to some email addresses?

    Hi @chrisrarendt,

    Thanks for using my plugin!

    As a reminder, these are the same emails that WooCommerce would normally generate, but with extra content added inside.

    With that in mind, your auto-generated emails may be getting categorized as Spam by Google (this “All Emails” reference only applies to GMail accounts).

    You may need to add DKIM, SPF and DMARC records to your Domain’s DNS settings. Here’s an explanation of what those are:

    When I test out the plugin with my personal email address on my own domain (not Google), the emails are received in my Inbox as expected.

    Thanks for the fast reply. I tested it again with a hidden test product and I found:

    If I use a default processing email, I receive it.

    If I use a simple custom email with this in the text view “hi this is a hidden test email” it comes to me in the email.

    HOWEVER If I use a simple custom email with this in the text view : “Thank you so much for buying a ticket for the Dead Pilots Society Show on June 20, 2020 at 5pm PT/8 pm PT. Your ticket benefits the LA Regional Food Bank.

    the link at the bottom is the problem. how do we add links?
