Client based uploading images and auto cropping/resizing

Can anyone recommend a plugin that automatically resizes an image (to a specific portrait and landscape size).

Basically, I am looking at my clients uploading an image through contact form 7 which sends the image to an email account, but I need the image to come through in the email in a specific landscape and a specific portrait size. Any suggestions?

I’ve been searching for hours but can’t seem to find anything that might work.
