Clicking view on map does not focus on the map

I have these codes in my page and it’s showing the map, and the placemarks below. But whenever i click the view on map it does not focus me on the map above. It does not zoom the map to the appropriate country too. By default my map shows the entire continents with all those clusters.

Can someone help me? Whenever i click view on map i have to scroll up to the map area to see the info box.
