I love the NextGEN functionality, yet there seems to be a hiccup that is costing me page traffic.
I opted for installing image lists instead of slideshows on my pages. NextGEN add a link to a slideshow over that.
When a visitor clicks the link to convert from an image list to a slideshow, they are taken to the top of the page, and have to scroll back down to get back to where the image list was.
If they are on the slideshow view of the images, and click the link to convert the view back to image list, they are taken to the top of the page and have to scroll back down to get back to the images.
I’ve been told that visitors have left the page rather than scrolling back down.
I would like to remove the option from the page, so that visitors can only click the images in the image list.
Any help would be appreciated.
