    Hi there.

I just installed the MailChimp Top Bar and everything is working fine, except when I click on the top right arrow (hide/show) button or anywhere on the bar other than the “Sign-up” button, it opens up another webpage. Specifically, it opens up the home page of my site’s theme creator.

Clicking on the hide/show button successfully hides/shows the bar BUT ALSO opens that webpage in a new tab. I’d like to find a way to edit this in Custom CSS. PLEASE HELP!

Note: I can’t provide a link to the site because it’s un-launched. The theme is Kindred.
Top bar appears above the main navigation menu.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    Hello shiumai,

This could be a result of some unclosed HTML tag around the top bar. We would need to test your website in order to assist you with this issue. Please let us know the link once you launch the website.

    Hi Harish,

Thanks for your help. I realised that I need to set up a physical address for Mailchimp which I don’t have so I won’t be able to use this plugin.

    Thanks a lot!
