Clicking menu to hide and unhide submenu

    Hi,

    I tried to add a functionality where I can hide and unhide the submenu by clicking to its parent category in the menu however I have failed. Is there a way to do this. I tried to do this in functions.php. I am not good at web development so If you can help me out. I would really appreciate it.Thanks for your time.
