 * I think your issue related to “event links” on single events. so please read

   and let me know if you have an issue yet.
 * Also from WordPress Settings > Permalinks please set again correct permalink 
   and save again.

 * On labels, you can not set a URL, but you can use labels on shortcodes and filter
