I just love the ingenuity of the Draw Attention plugin and its developers. However, the clickable areas of the DA image are out of alignment with the highlighted Hotspot area when viewed from a PC desktop browser (Chrome, Firefox, IE, Edge) in 100% of desktop home page views. The Hotspot-to-Clickable area alignment is perfectly aligned 80% of the time when viewed from IOS and Android OS. Will you recommend a solution to this issue? Perhaps custom CSS code is the secret sauce? I’ve tried the CSS code presented as solutions to previous similar support requests to no avail. Will upgrading to DA Pro resolve this issue?

    Thank you!

    Hello @48tibs,

I’m sorry that you’re having trouble. I viewed the page you linked in Windows 10 using Edge 18, Firefox 68 and Chrome 76, but the hotspot was always in exactly the correct spot each time, so it seems I’m not able to reproduce the issue. Can you send over some more information about what version of Windows you’re using and which browsers specifically so I can take a look?

I’m curious it might be the animation interfering with our plugin script sometimes. Have you tried disabling that animation to see if that corrects the issue? And viewing the Draw Attention image directly rather than embedded?

Great, I’m glad it’s working now. Would you mind sharing what the solution was in case someone else has the same problem?
