Clickable and interactive map

Hi guys!

So, I’m in a bit of a pickle. I’ve been asked to help out redesigning a joomla website and switching everything over to WordPress (yay). But, I’ve found a bit of a hick-up with one of the modules/plugins that they are currently using. On the page, you can see an interactive map of the marina, showing the open and closed spots for boats and a pop-up with more information.
In the back-end of WordPress, the user/admin can use a simple toggle to set it open or closed (which in turn makes the boat green or red). Here, they can also edit the information of the pop-up box.

I’ve searched far and wide the whole day, but I haven’t been able to find a plugin that resembled or can achieve the same thing. Does anyone know of such a plug-in, or can point me in the right direction to recreate something like this? I’m practically just a script kiddy with a tiny bit of knowledge in Jquery and PHP, but I’m willing to give it a shot!
