# click trigger don’t work

 * Hello,
    I have added “popmake-213” class to the button at the end of my page 
   [http://serwer2160603.home.pl/autoinstalator/wordpress20/oferta/rekuperacja/](http://serwer2160603.home.pl/autoinstalator/wordpress20/oferta/rekuperacja/)
   and set it to trigger popup, but it won’t work. Any clue?

 * I checked the popup settings, and it has a cookies. Here’s what we get:

 * Cookies control the repeated display of the popup. **On Popup Close**, the popup
   will show after the cookie time expires, which in your case it is one month.
 * Could you remove the cookies in the popup settings? Here’s how to:

 * This allows the popup to always show.

 * I checked the pages Nowoczesne grzejniki and Ogrzewanie płaszczyznowe. Indeed,
   the popup is not displaying on those pages. While it displays on page Rekuperacja.
 * Could you please check the targeting tab and ensure there are no selected pages?
   It allows the popup to show on every page of your site for all users.
 * Here’s an example:

 * After updating the popup settings, please could you take these steps as well?
 * – **Clear out** any browser, WordPress, server, database, and CDN caches you 
   have.
    – **Retest** using a private or incognito window with no active browser
   extensions.

 * Bingo, You are right, there was an issue with targeting as I have disabled those
   pages, since previously I had a delayed popup there.
    Now I have cleared all 
   targeting conditions and created a separate popup – delayed. And now everything
   works perfectly, thank you for your support.
