Hi @orangedental,
Here is what should solve it –
1. Go over this document and make sure that you have everything ready on the Google Tag Manager side. Steps 2 and 3 – https://wpflow.com/knowledgebase/google-tag-manager-support/#Step_2:_Create_a_New_Tag_Using_The_Custom_Variables
2. On the plugin settings, select “None” in the code snippet to add.
There are a few things that caused the problem, and I expect that the above will fix it.
Let me know how it goes.

Hi Yuval,
I encounter another problem. Since I follow your instruction my visitor record in google analytics is down drastically. It seems that the google analytic tag was not sending any visitor data.
So I copy paste the google analytic global site tag to space before </head> and it start counting again.
However, when I analyze the website using google tag assistant there are 2 google analytics running, 1 is the global site tag I just add at the space before </head> and 1 is the one I don’t know where the code is located.
Could you please advise how to solve this problem? I want to eliminate 1 of the google analytic tag to prevent redundancy and slowing down the website. Thank you.

Hi @orangedental
To get a better understanding of your use case, can you tell me how you are using the Google Tag Manager? Meaning, why did you add it to the website.
Usually, when picking Google Tag manager, you add the Google Analytics code through it. I’m guessing that this is not the case for your website?
